Entertainment Tonight hosted a fantastic party for the Emmy Awards. The Prime Time Emmy Awards were hosted by Neil Patrick Harris and he was also the Guest of Honor at the ET party. Neil is adorable but his boyfriend is even cuter. Downtown LA has some great venue, ET chose a great big one. Indoor/ outdoor and fabulous decorating notions. Tons of food everywhere. More than enough sushi, Thai food, dessert and fried pigeon eggs on toast points. Didn’t particularly suit my palette but most people enjoyed it. My favorite sponsor ever Absolute Vodka did an amazing job with the drinks and the super sexy men that served them.

The very very very best part of the party was Mary J Blige. Her performance rocked the house and everybody in it. She was so beautiful in a block jumper. She has the biggest voice and a rock in sparkly microphone. Everybody was dancing and having a blast. She even busted out some Micheal Jackson moves to end with a bang.

The gift bags for the event were sooooo heavy I didn’t even take one. However Maybiellne New York had the most beautiful gifting suite I have ever seen. They had at least 50 different shades of lipstick and roses of every color to match. The whole room was filled to the ceiling with roses. Even the fountain in the center of the room was overflowing with blooms. Maybelline supplied a few make up artist to help ladies choose their best shades. My favorite product was the lip liner. It’s a clear no bleed long lasting liner. It goes on white and becomes clear on your lips. This liner is the only one you’ll ever need to buy.
